Talent Acquisition Consultant
Invensys - Acquired by Schneider ElectricTalent Acquisition Consultant managing full-cycle recruitment processes for diverse talent at Schneider Electric. Collaborating with hiring managers and HR to deliver a positive candidate experience.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive internal and external full cycle recruitment process (coaching hiring managers, posting, sourcing, screening, and extending offers)
- Filling high-volume positions across business units while consulting, managing, and influencing hiring managers
- Partner and collaborates with hiring managers and HR (Human Resources) to create offers, ensure fair pay, and facilitate negotiations
- Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and other strategies to source and attract diverse talent
- Apply talent market knowledge to grow and cultivate a pipeline of qualified & diverse candidates
- Connect by targeting specific skill markets, industries, and profiles
- Support Schneider Electric Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives to acquire diverse talent
- Leverage talent insights, market, and business knowledge to proactively influence & convince stakeholders to fill positions
- Drive pipeline activity and recommend improvements to internal stakeholders
- Act as an SE (Schneider Electric) brand ambassador to both internal and external candidates and stakeholders
- Demonstrate Schneider Electric's core values always doing what is best for the candidates and the company
- Demonstrate a growth mindset by continuously learning about emerging trends in the Talent Acquisition space
- Delight candidates and the business by being forward-thinking and agile.
- Facilitate a great candidate experience by providing guidance to managers and interviewers on the recruitment process and communicating with candidates.
- Provide best-in-class candidate experience in partnership with hiring manager, Customer Care Specialists, HR, and onboarding team and drive a smooth end-to-end process.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment
- General knowledge of Human Resources is a plus
- Previous experience working in agencies is a plus
- Proven ability to deliver high volume/high quality candidates under tight timelines
- Proven ability to influence & convince customers, partners, peers
- Understand the importance of Diversity & Inclusion, EEOC law.
