About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the deployment of advanced analytics tools and platforms, delivering comprehensive global HR reports and actionable insights
- Conduct in-depth analysis of workforce trends, performing "what-if" scenario planning to optimize HR initiatives and their impact
- Partner with HR Development teams to design and implement strategic workforce planning solutions
- Drive research and analysis of internal and external trends to develop innovative talent management strategies
- Guide and mentor analytics professionals while fostering a data-driven culture
Requirements
