About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with key global stakeholders to identify and evaluate financial reporting risks.
Design and implement robust internal controls to mitigate identified risks related to financial statement risk.
Proactively identify opportunities to embed controls within existing processes and systems.
Plan, coordinate, and administer the annual Self-Assessment process.
Analyze Self-Assessment results and other control testing data to identify trends and weaknesses.
Provide expert guidance and training on internal control procedures and best practices.
Develop and deliver targeted training programs on specific control areas.
Conduct second-line testing of priority controls, including anti-corruption controls.
Proactively identify risks that can be improved through the implementation of controls.
Support with other tasks as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
3–5 years of experience in internal/external audit, accounting, or a compliance-related role.
Foundational understanding of SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) and internal control principles (COSO framework).
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
Preferred Qualifications: CIA, CISA, or CPA.
Experience with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
