About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with key global stakeholders to identify and evaluate financial reporting risks.
  • Design and implement robust internal controls to mitigate identified risks related to financial statement risk.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to embed controls within existing processes and systems.
  • Plan, coordinate, and administer the annual Self-Assessment process.
  • Analyze Self-Assessment results and other control testing data to identify trends and weaknesses.
  • Provide expert guidance and training on internal control procedures and best practices.
  • Develop and deliver targeted training programs on specific control areas.
  • Conduct second-line testing of priority controls, including anti-corruption controls.
  • Proactively identify risks that can be improved through the implementation of controls.
  • Support with other tasks as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • 3–5 years of experience in internal/external audit, accounting, or a compliance-related role.
  • Foundational understanding of SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) and internal control principles (COSO framework).
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
  • Preferred Qualifications: CIA, CISA, or CPA.
  • Experience with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
