VP, Consulting and Digital Services

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Set the vision and drive operational excellence for customers
- Align sales, execution, and country teams
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives
- Lead strategy formulation and business development
- Manage and grow the Digital Services and Consulting business
- Define a clear strategy to increase Consulting and Digital Services sales and orders
- Collaborate with Service Sales team to identify target segments/customers
- Oversee the execution of Digital Services through the Digital Enablement team
- Manage full digital services P&L to drive profitable growth
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
- 5 years of technical sales experience
- 2 years of leadership experience
- Strong experience in services with a consultative sales mindset
- A minimum of 10 years in sales and/or marketing plus engineering experience
- A consulting background with the ability to perform on-site audits
- Knowledge of local standards, compliance, and regulations
- Strong personal leadership aligned with Schneider Electric values
- Well-developed strategic planning skills and a solid understanding of business finance
- Ability to travel domestically and globally (40%+)
