About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Set the vision and drive operational excellence for customers
  • Align sales, execution, and country teams
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives
  • Lead strategy formulation and business development
  • Manage and grow the Digital Services and Consulting business
  • Define a clear strategy to increase Consulting and Digital Services sales and orders
  • Collaborate with Service Sales team to identify target segments/customers
  • Oversee the execution of Digital Services through the Digital Enablement team
  • Manage full digital services P&L to drive profitable growth
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least a 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5 years of technical sales experience
  • 2 years of leadership experience
  • Strong experience in services with a consultative sales mindset
  • A minimum of 10 years in sales and/or marketing plus engineering experience
  • A consulting background with the ability to perform on-site audits
  • Knowledge of local standards, compliance, and regulations
  • Strong personal leadership aligned with Schneider Electric values
  • Well-developed strategic planning skills and a solid understanding of business finance
  • Ability to travel domestically and globally (40%+)
