About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate security measures into the entire product lifecycle
Conduct thorough risk assessments related to connected product deployments
Identify potential vulnerabilities and implement proactive mitigation measures
Design and implement secure architectures considering data integrity, confidentiality, and availability requirements
Perform threat modeling activities
Ensure implementation of cybersecurity policies and conduct regular reviews to uphold solution security posture
Develop and deliver cybersecurity training programs for internal teams involved in connected offer development, deployment, and maintenance
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address security requirements related to commercial building solutions
Communicate complex security concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders
Collaborate with R&D teams to automate security processes in build and release pipelines

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in cybersecurity roles with a focus on IoT solutions and connected offers
In‑depth knowledge of IoT technologies, protocols, and architectures
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks related to IoT security
Experience with security tools such as BlackDuck, SonarQube, and Qualys
Experience automating security tools in build and release pipelines
Azure security experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related IT/Engineering field
Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or IoT‑specific certifications are highly desirable
