About the role

  • Support the creation, scheduling, and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, web, and email channels
  • Assist with global and regional marketing and communications plans, ensuring alignment with Digital Grid priorities
  • Coordinate campaign activation with internal stakeholders and global marketing teams
  • Support the development and activation of digital content and assets, including blogs, webpages, videos, and partner content
  • Publish and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards
  • Track and analyze digital campaign performance using standard reporting tools
  • Support benchmarking efforts by identifying gaps and improvement opportunities across digital channels
  • Contribute to insights and recommendations to improve digital marketing effectiveness
  • Support website updates, submissions, and basic UX analysis

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (required)
  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing (including internships, co-ops, or entry-level roles)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools or platforms (e.g., marketing automation, CMS, analytics tools) including SFMC, Canva, Cvent/Zoom, AirTable, G4, Content Square, and Spriklr
  • Comfort working in a collaborative, technology-driven environment
