About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze, define, and manage system and subsystem requirements across complex development projects within the defence and security sector
  • Establish and maintain requirements traceability to assure alignment between requirements, design, implementation and test
  • Define verification strategies: Determine where and when sub-systems should be tested to ensure a functioning final delivery
  • Develop test specifications for various sub-systems ahead of test events
  • Act as an experienced contributor within interdisciplinary project teams and support the successful delivery of complex development projects across all phases
  • Bring in your expertise to improve methods, structures, and ways of working within systems engineering and adjacent disciplines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in mechatronics, computer science, systems engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in requirements engineering or systems engineering
  • Solid understanding of systems engineering processes and experience working in complex development environments
  • Familiarity with field-deployable systems, command-and-control systems, or NATO-standard product development is considered an advantage
  • Interest in working in the defence and security industry
  • Structured, solution-oriented, and technically curious way of working
  • Willingness to travel to the client site 3x per week (Rosersberg)
  • Business-fluent Swedish and fluent English language skills
