About the role
- Take ownership of requirements management using tools such as DOORS or Polarion, and turn customer needs into clear, actionable requirements
- Define, consolidate, and maintain requirements at system and subsystem level, ensuring full traceability across the entire development lifecycle
- Develop and maintain SysML models by applying suitable methods and modeling functional, logical, and physical system architectures
- Plan and coordinate test management activities to ensure the quality and reliability of development processes
- Work in accordance with the V-model, linking architecture, requirements, verification, and validation in a structured and efficient way.
- Act as an experienced contributor within interdisciplinary project teams and support the successful delivery of complex development projects across all phases
- Bring in your expertise to improve methods, structures, and ways of working within systems engineering and adjacent disciplines
Requirements
- Degree in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, systems engineering, robotics, electrical engineering, information technology, or a comparable field
- Around 5 years of relevant professional experience in requirements engineering, systems engineering, or a related technical environment
- Knowledge of IBM DOORS / DOORS Next
- Experience with SysML modeling tools such as Rhapsody, Enterprise Architect, or Cameo Systems Modeler is a plus
- Solid understanding of systems engineering processes and experience working in complex development environments
- Interest in safety engineering (e.g. FMEA, FTA), process management, method development, and project management
- Willingness to travel for project assignments within Sweden
- Business-fluent Swedish and fluent English language skills.
