About the role
- Take ownership of complex customer projects as a project manager in technical and industrial environments
- Lead traditional and agile projects in R&D, engineering, production or transformation contexts
- Drive the successful development of complex systems in the fields of hardware, software and mechanics
- Act as a trusted partner for customers by ensuring delivery excellence in terms of time, cost, quality, and stakeholder alignment
- Develop and implement project management standards, processes, methods, and tools to create sustainable structures in challenging project environment
- Support the successful market entry and growth of INVENSITY in Sweden by contributing to our first local projects and helping build long-term client partnerships
- Identify opportunities for follow-up projects and contribute to expanding our customer base in the Swedish market
- Work in professional, international teams and further develop your expertise through workshops, knowledge exchange, and coaching within your specialist department
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical engineering or similar fields of study
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in engineering-driven environments
- Technical understanding and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex systems and development processes
- Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban ir Jira is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills and assertiveness and strong skills in planning, reporting, documentation & risk handling
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments, with a strong desire to contribute to the growth of a new location and be part of a global team
- Willingness to travel for national customer projects
- Business fluent in Swedish and fluent in English
