About the role

  • Take ownership as a project manager in technical and industrial environments
  • Manage traditional and agile projects within R&D, engineering or production areas
  • Manage agile and traditional project teams in the development of complex systems in the areas of hardware, software and mechanics
  • Develop and implement standardized processes, methods and tools for project management
  • Optimize cooperation with customers' suppliers in terms of time, cost and quality
  • Help building INVENSITY’s business in Sweden and work in professional, international teams
  • Share and expand your technical expertise through workshops and coaching sessions within your specialist department

Requirements

  • Degree in Industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical engineering or similar fields of study
  • Minimum three years of experience in project management and a basic technical understanding
  • Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Jira or Azure DevOps is a plus
  • Exceptional communication skills and assertiveness
  • Strong skills in planning, reporting, documentation & risk handling
  • Comfortable working in dynamic environments, with a strong desire to contribute to the growth of a new location and be part of a global team
  • Business fluent in Swedish and fluent in English.
