About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the development of valuation models to analyze the economic merits and risks associated with wind, solar, storage, and natural gas projects
Contribute to the development of project financing structures and analyze alternative approaches
Collaborate with company engineers, developers, originators, asset managers, and accounting professionals to develop appropriate assumptions for financial models
Assist in the due diligence process for project finance, corporate finance, and M&A transactions
Support closings for construction financings, term conversions and term loan financings, tax equity, and cash equity
Interpret and review terms in operating agreements, financing agreements, and power purchase agreements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field
1+ years of experience in finance, banking, consulting, or related field
Demonstrated ability to manage and develop complex financial models in Excel
Familiarity with project or corporate finance transactions
