About the role

  • Own and execute the full employee lifecycle for the Software R&D, including onboarding, offboarding, role changes, and contract administration
  • Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of employee data across HR systems and records
  • Maintain and organize HR documentation relevant to Software R&D employees
  • Implement and run Invenda’s Global HR processes (recruitment support, onboarding, performance management cycles, learning initiatives) within the Software R&D department
  • Identify operational gaps and propose process improvements to Global HR based on hands-on experience
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies
  • Act as the HR point of contact for Software R&D managers and employees
  • Advise managers on people-related topics
  • Support performance review cycles by coordinating timelines, documentation, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate recruitment activities for Software R&D roles
  • Organize and execute onboarding plans for Software R&D employees and candidates
  • Support employer branding initiatives for Software R&D roles
  • Support compliance with local labor law requirements
  • Track local HR-related deadlines, expirations, and documentation requirements
  • Provide operational insights, reports, and data to support Invenda’s Global HR planning and decision-making
  • Contribute to Invenda’s HR summaries and materials for the Executive Leadership Team as requested.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 + years of proven experience in a comparable HR leadership role in a software-driven organization
  • Proven experience in People / HR leadership roles, with ownership of the full employee lifecycle
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Experience developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and internal frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders and managers on people-related topics
  • Experience handling employee relations
  • Ability to design and manage performance management and feedback processes
  • Experience with compensation, benefits, and reward frameworks
  • Ability to balance employee advocacy with business needs
  • Experience driving culture, engagement, and retention initiatives
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic mindset
  • Experience in technology or product-driven organizations (Nice to Have)
  • Exposure to organizational development, change management, or leadership development initiatives (Nice to Have).
