QA Engineer

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and scripts that ensure features meet both functional requirements and performance standards
• Conduct rigorous manual and automated testing across our platform, including REST APIs and modern web interfaces
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to clarify requirements, identify edge cases, and ensure quality is "shifted left" in the process
• Identify, track, and collaborate with developers to resolve complex software defects and improve overall system quality
• Develop and maintain scalable test environments, including test databases and data management strategies
• Embrace new tooling and conventions—including AI-assisted testing workflows—to improve developer experience and long-term maintainability
