About the role
- You manage your own sales territory by phone and digitally, building long-term relationships with veterinarians.
- You advise your customers on our products and identify what they truly need through conversation.
- You create tailored, compelling proposals and follow up on them independently.
- You develop your territory strategically — with a focus on revenue, potential, and customer retention.
- You convert prospects into enthusiastic new customers.
- You process orders from your territory and keep track of outstanding issues.
- You work closely with field sales and ensure that customer experiences run seamlessly.
Requirements
- You are motivated to perform at your best by clear sales targets.
- You bring competitive drive and are eager to grow your territory independently.
- You are as authentic and engaging on the phone as you are in face-to-face conversations.
- You are willing to experiment and test new sales approaches rather than always following the same script.
- You love animals — and ideally already have some exposure to animal health.
