Requirements

What you’ll need

1-3 years of recruiting experience
Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, or own network
Strong communication skills
Ability to evaluate candidate qualifications
Organized and self-motivated
Basic computer and internet skills
English communication preferred
Previous recruiting or staffing experience preferred
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, Dice, etc.
