About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate logistics, booth assets, shipping, and vendor requirements for 3–4 industry conferences.
Plan and execute a dedicated customer conference and a high-profile cocktail party in Denver. Manage venue logistics, catering, AV, and attendee experience.
Establish and maintain the master event timeline. Proactively manage internal stakeholders (including marketing leadership) by setting deadlines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring content/promotional tasks stay on schedule.
Sourcing, negotiating, and managing contracts with venues and vendors while tracking strict event budgets.

What you’ll need

2+ years of professional event planning experience in a B2B setting, with a proven track record of managing multi-day conferences and high-end evening networking events.
Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive management style; comfortable managing up to ensure leadership meets content and promotional deadlines.
Ability to commit to a remote contract through October 2026, with guaranteed availability for on-site travel to Denver from October 9–13.
