Manage and optimize candidate pipelines in Ashby
Deliver an excellent candidate experience through clear, consistent communication
Drive efficient interview processes and ensure timely feedback loops
Advise stakeholders on market trends, compensation, and hiring best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
Proven track record hiring for engineering and/or data roles
Hands-on experience with Ashby (or similar ATS)
Strong sourcing skills and ability to build diverse candidate pipelines
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating with ambiguity
Nice to Have: Experience in HealthTech or regulated industries
Nice to Have: Experience scaling teams in early-stage startups
