About the role
- Help design, build, and maintain reliable, scalable data pipelines that support analytics used by clinicians and executives.
- Collaborate with tech leads, architects, and fellow engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of clinical and operational data through testing, validation, and monitoring.
- Contribute to data modeling and warehousing to support both operational and advanced analytics.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive environment with an emphasis on knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Engineer (or equivalent role).
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java).
- Familiarity with data modeling, warehousing concepts, and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Sigma, Power BI).
- Experience with modern data stack tools such as Airflow, DBT, and Snowflake (or strong willingness to learn them quickly).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
