About the role
- Provide analytical support to Intus’ client delivery, utilization management and population health teams
- Build customer facing analytics apps and dashboards in Sigma Computing
- Develop reusable semantic models, metrics and user-defined functions to support Analytics and Data Engineering teams
- Develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to track key population health KPIs
- Develop and implement analytical development and release processes
- Work closely with Data Engineering to maintain a scalable testing and data quality monitoring process
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices
- Assist in ad hoc projects and analyses as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Math or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in data analysis and/or business intelligence
- 5 years of experience in population health or healthcare finance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong understanding of SQL or Python for data manipulation
- High proficiency with BI and data visualization tools such as Sigma Computing, Looker, Mode, Tableau, Qlik
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present findings clearly.
