About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Report to the Endoluminal Program Director
  • Build and develop the clinical field sales team within the assigned region
  • Manage and direct ION System program launches and utilization
  • Manage ION System installations, training, and utilization growth within the assigned region
  • Hire, train, and develop the ESR/ETA clinical team
  • Expand ION procedure usage in existing accounts
  • Manage training and education within the installed base
  • Support key opinion leader development across the region
  • Provide the clinical sales team with new product information and updates on existing products
  • Collaborate with training and marketing departments to implement strategies and programs directed by senior management
  • Travel 60%

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proven track record in ION® sales or 5+ years of clinical sales management experience required
  • In-depth knowledge of the Operating Room/Endoscopy environment
  • Proven background in selling medical capital equipment
  • Previous experience managing and directing a salesforce in the medical device industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Interviewing skills
  • Ability to attend ISI field sales management training course
  • Current proof of vaccination against certain diseases, including COVID-19, may be required
  • Ability to satisfy applicable U.S. export-control requirements, including potential export licensing or Technology Control Plan requirements
