About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the execution of digital strategies with a focus on driving commercial outcomes
- Manage, develop, and perform the Digital Solutions sales team
- Build and execute go-to-market plans
- Identify, target, and convert sales opportunities for digital solutions
- Act as liaison between internal stakeholders and external customers
- Track and report on project milestones, documentation, and deliverables to stakeholders
- Manage essential administrative functions including sales activity reporting
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field required
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in sales leadership - preferably within the medical device, healthcare technology, or enterprise software sectors.
- 2+ years of experience leading projects required
- Direct experience managing and growing strategic accounts, key customers, and/or Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) is highly desirable
- Demonstrates success in executing sales strategies and leading complex, cross-functional projects to drive customer adoption
- Strong ability to influence decision-makers remotely through consultative selling and compelling communication
- Highly organized and able to manage time in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
