About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to gain comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of the business
  • Train to become a da Vinci® Surgery technical and sales expert across all primary surgical specialties
  • Focus initially on technical and clinical responsibilities, transitioning to sales responsibilities in the second year
  • Support a specific region by maximizing utilization of installed da Vinci® Surgical Systems
  • Lead product demonstrations, in-service trainings, and sales activities
  • Serve as a Medical Device Consultant in Austria and Germany following completion of training

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or several years of relevant professional experience
  • Fluent in German and English (required)
  • Ambitious with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Sales qualification or degree is a plus
