Key responsibilities & impact

Support Surgeon & Hospital Training: Assist sales representatives during surgeon education, hospital robotics program development, and overall territory operations.
Lead Technical In‑Services: Deliver training sessions for OR staff, surgeons, and other clinical personnel on our robotic technology.
Drive Technology Adoption: Promote and sell the benefits of advanced surgical technology to existing users, contributing to team goals and quotas.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required
At least 1 year of leadership experience (military included) or 1 year of outside sales experience
Willingness to travel up to 25%, including nights and weekends as needed
Strong communication skills and the ability to work confidently in clinical environments
