Drives the efficiency of daily operations by streamlining processes, maintaining quality, and identifying improvements that enhance operational performance.
Aligns with PEPS regional leadership on key business priorities and partners with cross-functional teams.
Manages the logistics and coordination of regional events.
Collaborates with key stakeholders for the implementation of new technologies, procedures, and product launches.
Organizes, executes, and monitors assigned projects.
Manages and maintains key operations records, conducts audits to assess quality and ensure compliance.
Gathers and communicates data for training models.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5 years’ experience in operations
Understanding of regional regulatory and compliance requirements.
Detail-oriented, organized and takes initiative, problem-solving mindset.
Strong process orientation
Demonstrated ability to work effectively across the organization.
Ability to present information in a clear and concise manner.
Excellent organization, time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be flexible, self-directed, and self-motivated.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, engineering, or related field.
