About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • This position is responsible for the development and execution of tactical clinical marketing initiatives to drive da Vinci procedure adoption across prioritized specialties and focus procedures in India.
  • The role partners closely with commercial teams to translate market insights into programs that drive surgeon awareness, dV utilization, and advocacy.
  • The individual will lead market understanding through field immersion, customer insight generation, segmentation, persona development, and value messaging.
  • This role is expected to build scalable clinical marketing programs and assets, collaborate with external surgeons, society leaders, and care teams, and work cross-functionally with sales, training, clinical affairs, market access, legal, regulatory, and compliance to deliver measurable business impact in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • More than 5 years of total experience in sales and/or marketing function in a medical device, or healthcare environment.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystems, surgical procedures, and customer journeys, with proven ability to translate insights into adoption-focused marketing programs.
  • Demonstrated strength in strategic thinking, project management, prioritization, and execution in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders and build long-term relationships.
  • Ability to travel extensively within India; international travel may be required.
  • Bachelor's degree required; degree in life sciences, healthcare, analytics or a related field is preferred.
  • MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
