About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to identify sales opportunities
- Support customer onboardings, workflow analyses, optimizations
- Conduct customer training and application support
- Hold customer meetings and support sales and marketing efforts with presentations and product demos
- Drive further expansion of digital offering and manage commercial activities
- Provide input and support in Marketing, Business Development, and internal/external trainings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 3+ years of sales experience in medical devices
- 2+ years’ experience in procedural / Or healthcare software preferred
- Success in introducing new technologies to the market
- Knowledge of the Operating Room environment with deep understanding of clinical workflows in the OR (MIS Surgery, Endoscopy) and of the hospital IT and EMR / PACS markets
- Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese, English mandatory
- Travel required up to 70% (domestic, regional, and international)
