About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Driving accelerated growth in Urology and Gynecology in Key Strategic markets
- Partnering with local sales leadership to assess the GYN/URO opportunity within a given MSA
- Selecting a group of critically strategic accounts
- Driving growth through training surgeons to autonomy
- Incorporating all of the ISI Ecosystem resources to include Digital, Genesis, MACA, etc.
- Accelerating the URO/GYN Growth Rates
- Training Net New Gynecologists and Urologists to Total Practice
- Pivoting Gynecologist’s and Urologist’s to Total Practice to include SP for Urologic Procedures
- Establishing regional case observation sites & Epicenters
- Building a Robust QTI data set that clearly shows the clinical and economic value of da Vinci
- Conducting strategic market development activities with sales leadership
- Serving as the market intelligence liaison for Uro/Gyn marketing and training teams
- Partnering with Intuitive Academic Marketing and Sales to enhance impact in resident and fellow education in Gyn and Uro
- Developing future training pipeline by properly vetting all Uro/Gyn surgeon candidates for training feasibility within targeted geography
Requirements
What you’ll need- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience including 2+ years in healthcare sales
- Ability to travel up to 25%, and work nights and weekends as needed
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Women's Healthcare, Urology or Gynecology sales experience is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and work in an environment of change
- Proven ability to influence peers/cross-collaboration
- Effective communication skills across a broad organization with a variety of focuses
- Excellent clinical selling skills and ability to quickly build credibility
- Track record of applicant sales excellence
