About the role

  • Reporting to the Director of Commercial Operations, Japan and Korea
  • Responsible for driving sales alignment, commercial excellence, and organizational capability across Japan and APAC’s direct markets
  • Collaborate with regional and country leadership to establish, coordinate, and scale commercialization strategies
  • Support key sales roles and programs, develop global customer reference sites, and lead strategic projects
  • Engage with customers, executives, and commercial teams for collaboration, organization, and leadership

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of medical sales and marketing experience with knowledge of the operating room environment (preferred)
  • 5+ years of commercial leadership or management experience
  • Understands how to successfully implement clinical and capital sales processes
  • Clear ability to work effectively across various functions and business units
  • Proven ability to inspire and influence across diverse teams and cultures
  • Considerable expertise presenting and defending evidence with internal and external C-Suite decision makers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Extensive travel required (up to 70+%)
  • Minimum BS/BA Degree required
  • Master’s Degree Preferred
