About the role
- Installation, support, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of products
- Ensure all service agreements and warranty obligations are met and surpassed
- Provide customer support and technical expertise
- Conduct training sessions and scheduled maintenance activities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair products and associated equipment
- Maintain records and provide reports to stakeholders
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to Travel up to 75% and within the travel and expense policy
- Willingness to perform ad hoc tasks assigned by management
- Reside within a reasonable distance of the assigned territory location
- Ability to work a flex shift, second shift, or other type of shift as required
- Demonstrate individual characteristics expected of Intuitive personnel
