About the role

  • Primary point of contact for all event logistics at the Customer Experience Center.
  • Close liaison with internal stakeholders (all relevant ecosystem functions) and external parties such as healthcare professionals to ensure smooth planning, execution, and follow-up of events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver engaging and informative visitor experiences that showcase the benefits and features of our medical devices.
  • Support the setup and teardown of the experience center for events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Track performance and report on visitor engagement and satisfaction metrics to provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings to follow the latest advances in medical technology.
  • Maintain an inviting and well-organized environment in the experience center, ensuring that exhibits and interactive demonstrations are in excellent condition.
  • Manage the experience center’s inventory and stock to ensure materials and equipment are available for demonstrations and presentations.
  • Contribute to and support other marketing events as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Healthcare, or equivalent experience in marketing, event management, or communications.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in event coordination or a similar role, preferably within the medical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible and willing to occasionally work evenings or weekends for events or special projects.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a strong interest in medical technology.
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills in German and English are required.
  • Familiarity with the MS Office suite and experience with CRM systems.
