• Build and Maintain Expert Knowledge
• Independently manage your assigned territory, balancing customer consulting engagements with administrative responsibilities
• Design and deliver targeted Genesis OR consulting and educational initiatives to strategically selected customer accounts
• Drive long-term, multi-layered consulting engagements by collaborating with hospital stakeholders and cross-functional Intuitive teams (Sales, Services, Marketing, Customer Training) to provide customized, actionable solutions
• Provide in-person and virtual consulting services focused on key operational areas such as: Workflow standardization OR efficiency improvements Staff training and onboarding Cost containment strategies Block scheduling optimization New system integration
• Promote strong collaboration among Genesis and cross-functional partners to meet shared implementation goals and customer success milestones
• Analyze customer usage patterns and performance data to tailor consulting engagements and demonstrate value through measurable outcomes
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure alignment on customer strategy and execution
• Engage with internal stakeholders to define, measure, and continuously improve the quality and impact of Genesis content and services
• Proactively gather and report customer feedback or concerns through appropriate internal channels to ensure rapid resolution and continuous improvement
