About the role
- Disseminate business requirements into technical vision across systems and processes
- Assess the As-Is data ecosystem, including systems architecture and governance, and present findings
- Capture detailed data ecosystem to table/column level and assess maturity, risks and opportunities
- Unpick business logic (including via code) and translate to less-technical audiences
- Work hand-in-hand with Intuita engineers, architects, visualisation developers and client teams to deliver solutions
- Explore data hands-on using SQL and present insights to stakeholders to drive value
- Consolidate and translate requirements into BRDs, process maps, data dictionaries and user stories
- Refine solutions using knowledge of tools/systems, assist prioritisation and product backlog development
- Drive adoption of data assets by end users to maximise client value
Requirements
- Experience working as a Data Business Analyst or Data Solution Lead in a highly complex, data led environment
- Ability to articulate ideas to both business and technical teams
- Ability to read and write SQL and understand data models
- Background in previous data roles within design, development or analysis teams using SQL exploratory skills
- Proactive, dynamic, and driven, with a great eye for detail
- High level of curiosity about business operations and willingness to challenge the norm
- Exceptional communicator able to explain complex ideas at all levels
- Ability to quickly understand client context and demonstrate expertise
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
