• Lead, care for, and genuinely develop visualisation consultants across onshore, nearshore, and offshore locations - understanding that our people are our consultancy's product
• Define and evolve the visualisation practice capability, identifying commercial proposition opportunities and driving meaningful skill or material building
• Shape the team's technical roadmap, ensuring we stay at the forefront of visualisation innovation
• Act as a senior voice within the consultancy, influencing how visualisation integrates with our broader service offerings
• Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-wide reporting solutions that serve diverse stakeholder needs across organisations
• Lead visualisation adoption initiatives - guiding senior leaders and organisations through the transformation from traditional reporting to modern, insight-driven approaches
• Drive the evolution of insight delivery - introducing predictive analytics and next-generation insight patterns beyond traditional dashboards
• Hands-on development of advanced dashboards, leveraging complex calculations, data modelling, and performance optimisation
• Partner with data architects, engineers, and analytics teams to design effective semantic layers, aggregation strategies, and integration patterns
• Lead pre-sales technical discovery and contribute to proposals for visualisation engagements

Principal Consultant – Data Visualisation Lead

• Define and communicate the technical and architectural visions for the solution
• Define and articulate solutions or architecture that balance client objectives with technical excellence
• Lead technical solution design from discovery through to implementation
• Guide delivery teams toward the right solution approach, meeting performance, scalability, security and other quality standards
• Lead pre-sales technical discovery and contribute to proposals
• Develop solution patterns, architectural standards, and reusable frameworks
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies

• Work with the Data Excellence team to analyze, plan, design and implement concepts and value propositions with clients and internal team members

Data Consultant – Purview Practitioner

Business Analyst

• Disseminate business requirements into technical vision across systems and processes
• Assess the As-Is data ecosystem, including systems architecture and governance, and present findings
• Capture detailed data ecosystem to table/column level and assess maturity, risks and opportunities
• Unpick business logic (including via code) and translate to less-technical audiences
• Work hand-in-hand with Intuita engineers, architects, visualisation developers and client teams to deliver solutions
• Explore data hands-on using SQL and present insights to stakeholders to drive value
• Consolidate and translate requirements into BRDs, process maps, data dictionaries and user stories
• Refine solutions using knowledge of tools/systems, assist prioritisation and product backlog development
• Drive adoption of data assets by end users to maximise client value
