About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Focusing on customer satisfaction, growth, and renewals.
  • Win new business and incremental revenue with existing clients.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Accurately forecast for your territory.
  • Identify and engage key customer stakeholders.
  • Initiate proactive discussions to identify new opportunities within existing accounts and ensure key stakeholders are aware of Introhive’s value proposition.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to develop account plans and strategies that promote revenue growth and expand market share within these accounts.
  • Aim to exceed expectations with every interaction, contributing significantly to Introhive’s market reputation as we scale and adapt our products to meet the needs of the Legal industry.
  • Present, pitch, and run product demonstrations as required.
  • Self-generate client opportunities.
  • Serve as the advocate and representative of the customer to the product team and other cross-functional groups.
  • Research customers and uncover potential new business and opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM (Salesforce) to track and manage all pertinent information related to leads and opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product features.
  • Gain an in-depth product mastery of the Introhive platform.
  • Travel required to meet with customers and attend industry events.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a successful SaaS sales role
  • Self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively across the broader sales organization to help win deals
  • Demonstrated success with cross-sell, upsell, renewal, and expansion of SaaS territory
  • Experience with SaaS B2B sales
  • Formal training in Sales methodologies (SPICED, MEDDPPIC)
  • Experience in working with partners and building pipeline from existing contacts and relationships in the territory
  • A passion for business development, marketing, and relationship-building
  • Positive attitude and the desire to deliver and win
  • Ability to work in both autonomous and collaborative environments.
