Account Manager
IntrohiveAccount Manager driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth for Introhive, an AI-powered relationship intelligence platform. Focusing on cultivating robust customer relationships within the Legal industry.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Focusing on customer satisfaction, growth, and renewals.
- Win new business and incremental revenue with existing clients.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Accurately forecast for your territory.
- Identify and engage key customer stakeholders.
- Initiate proactive discussions to identify new opportunities within existing accounts and ensure key stakeholders are aware of Introhive’s value proposition.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to develop account plans and strategies that promote revenue growth and expand market share within these accounts.
- Aim to exceed expectations with every interaction, contributing significantly to Introhive’s market reputation as we scale and adapt our products to meet the needs of the Legal industry.
- Present, pitch, and run product demonstrations as required.
- Self-generate client opportunities.
- Serve as the advocate and representative of the customer to the product team and other cross-functional groups.
- Research customers and uncover potential new business and opportunities.
- Utilize CRM (Salesforce) to track and manage all pertinent information related to leads and opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product features.
- Gain an in-depth product mastery of the Introhive platform.
- Travel required to meet with customers and attend industry events.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a successful SaaS sales role
- Self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively across the broader sales organization to help win deals
- Demonstrated success with cross-sell, upsell, renewal, and expansion of SaaS territory
- Experience with SaaS B2B sales
- Formal training in Sales methodologies (SPICED, MEDDPPIC)
- Experience in working with partners and building pipeline from existing contacts and relationships in the territory
- A passion for business development, marketing, and relationship-building
- Positive attitude and the desire to deliver and win
- Ability to work in both autonomous and collaborative environments.
