About the role

  • Strategically target, prospect, and close new business with small- to mid-sized companies, forging the next wave of Introhive success stories.
  • Run engaging product demos and presentations customized to the unique needs of SMB and mid-market clients.
  • Actively generate, manage, and forecast your pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring consistency and accuracy for every opportunity.
  • Develop and action territory, vertical, or segment plans to accelerate business within the 50–400 employee company range.
  • Work with marketing, sales, and customer success to maximize lead flow and ensure a seamless buyer journey.
  • Dive into target accounts to uncover key stakeholders, decision drivers, and new business opportunities.
  • Keep up on SMB/mid-market trends and the latest advancements in relationship intelligence to ensure Introhive is a partner in growth, not just a vendor.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of SaaS account executive, sales, or business development experience with success in the SMB or mid-market sector.
  • Passion for the unique challenges and needs of small-to-mid-sized businesses and agile, growth-focused environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to self-source leads and close deals with speed and tenacity.
  • Skilled at managing a high-velocity pipeline with attention to detail in forecasting and CRM hygiene.
  • Talent for creating trust and rapport with diverse decision makers—owners, founders, and functional leaders.
  • Confident presenting virtually, with a knack for making SaaS solutions practical and compelling to SMB audiences.
  • Loves working cross-functionally to drive new customer wins and ensure a great post-sale experience.
