About the role
- Create high-impact short-form video for social platforms, with a strong point of view
- Own post-production across performance campaigns and editorial content
- Lead the full edit: from structure and pacing to motion, sound design, and final polish
- Execute against Intro’s brand guidelines while staying native to platform trends and formats
- Manage deliverables independently with detailed specs and fast turnarounds
- Publish and optimize content with strong visuals, metadata, and copy
- Develop and test new video formats that drive engagement and audience growth
- Thrive in a fast-moving, async environment where speed, taste, and scrappiness matter
- Collaborate closely with a world-class team of creative entrepreneurs
- This is a hands-on, execution-heavy freelance role with room to shape formats and creative direction
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a professional video editor (or equivalent real-world experience)
- Strong hands-on experience in Adobe Premiere and/or Final Cut Pro
- A solid portfolio of short-form video, ideally for social and marketing use cases
- Deep familiarity with major social platforms and their native video formats
- Comfort working with async teams and tools like Figma, Frame.io, and Dropbox
