About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, phone screens, interview scheduling, and offer coordination
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and keep searches moving
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience through clear, timely, and thoughtful communication
  • Keep the ATS and recruiting trackers organized, accurate, and up to date
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding, including paperwork, system access, orientation, and first-week check-ins
  • Track and report on key recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding metrics
  • Help maintain job descriptions and recruiting materials so they stay accurate and up to date
  • Maintain HRIS data accuracy, company organization charts, and the employee directory
  • Stay current on recruiting trends and employment law basics that affect hiring and offboarding
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related area; or PHR/SHRM Certification
  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR coordination, ideally within a remote or professional services environment
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer coordination
  • Experience coordinating new hire onboarding
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an ATS or HRIS, BambooHR preferred
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and a working understanding of employment law basics
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A people-first mindset with sound judgment and discretion
