About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversight of the Intrepid-client relationship
  • Determine opportunities and identify process improvements to grow online sales revenue
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams and other support teams
  • Design sales growth proposals and prepare client reports
  • Ensure client needs are met and their voices are heard

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Fluent in English
  • E-commerce background from a brand/platform/enablers is a plus
  • Proactive self-starter who understands Intrepid vision & mission and can be the company’s best service ambassador
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills (empathy & flexibility)
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
