About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee the Intrepid-client relationship and determine opportunities
  • Identify process improvements to grow online sales revenue
  • Ensure service level agreement is met
  • Work with sales and marketing teams and other support teams
  • Design sales growth proposals and handle client communications

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience with business fundamentals
  • Minimum 1 - 3 years of eCommerce background preferably from a brand/platforms/enablers industry
  • Proactive self-starter who understands Intrepid vision & mission and can be the company’s best service ambassador
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills (empathy & flexibility)
  • Proficient in excel and powerpoint
