Key Account Manager, MY Market

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee the Intrepid-client relationship and determine opportunities
- Identify process improvements to grow online sales revenue
- Ensure service level agreement is met
- Work with sales and marketing teams and other support teams
- Design sales growth proposals and handle client communications
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent in English
- Experience with business fundamentals
- Minimum 1 - 3 years of eCommerce background preferably from a brand/platforms/enablers industry
- Proactive self-starter who understands Intrepid vision & mission and can be the company’s best service ambassador
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills (empathy & flexibility)
- Proficient in excel and powerpoint
