About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage all aspects of financial analysis and business partnering functions for our Philippines businesses
Responsible for analytical and value-added areas for the Philippines
Work with the finance team to migrate transactional accounting to the newly established accounting centre
Manage the preparation and reconciliation of all Balance sheet accounts
Main contact person for all statutory, ISO and internal audits
Work with the Head Office team to drive process improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor Degree holder in Finance or Accounting
At least 6 years’ relevant work experience in all facets of accounting and finance
Good business acumen and strong analytical skills
Prior experience with Netsuite
Strong knowledge of country corporate tax laws and company regulations
Exceptional organizational skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced, start-up and Ecommerce environment
Good command of English, both spoken and written
