About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Driving a high-quality recruitment process by identifying and attracting top talent
  • Working closely with business leaders and stakeholders across Vietnam, providing strategic hiring guidance
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and offering negotiation to onboarding
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates through diverse channels such as job portals, social media, headhunting, campus recruitment, referrals, and international partnerships
  • Providing timely and constructive feedback to hiring managers regarding candidate profiles and interview outcomes
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with both active and passive talent for current and future hiring needs
  • Proactively managing and engaging candidate pipelines to ensure a continuous flow of qualified talent
  • Staying up to date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to enhance sourcing strategies and candidate experience
  • Leading and executing campus recruitment activities targeting interns, trainees, contract staff, and entry-level talent
  • Supporting employer branding efforts to strengthen talent attraction and improve conversion rates
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate recruitment reports, including weekly status updates and hiring dashboards
  • Contributing to various ad-hoc talent acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
  • At least 1-4 years of work experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition, preferably from an e-commerce, marketing agency, or live commerce industry
  • Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and the local talent markets
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search) and familiar with various sourcing channels
  • Strong communication skills and fluent English
  • Good analytical acumen, including the ability to provide insights with data on the salary benchmarking, market competitiveness & talent pipeline
  • Regional recruitment experience in SEA locations would be a bonus
