About the role

  • Store Operation: 35% Content Production : create optimization content (3-5 bullet points) : build content formula based on platform instruction (trending keyword - content metric - cat metric...) and how to apply (image - description - name) & measure Platform Content Attribute Fill rate tracking PDP live status & KAFR / Product Info update.
  • Content Operation: listing & upload.
  • Campaign Content Production: 35% Onsite Content Tracker Content QC.
  • Behavior & Engagement: 30% Attendance & Response rate Deadline & Productivity commitment Communication & Collaboration.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in the e-commerce industry.
  • Experience or understanding of design fields is a plus (e.g., layout, composition, color direction).
  • Basic tools for campaign management (e.g. Google Suite, Asana).
  • Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities effectively.
  • Flexible, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset, comfortable working in a dynamic start-up environment.
