About the role

  • Designing motion graphics and animated elements for short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) using AI tools or AI-generated video prompts
  • Creating static visual assets such as thumbnails, KV adaptations, promotional banners, and livestream visuals
  • Developing dynamic text animation, product highlights, transitions, and visual effects optimized for retention
  • Supporting livestream overlays, frames, countdowns, and promotional layouts
  • Utilizing AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency (auto-captioning, smart masking, generative elements, background removal, etc.)
  • Ensuring brand consistency across both motion and static assets
  • Maintaining organized design libraries and updated visual assets
  • Staying updated with motion design, graphic trends, and AI innovations in content production.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in video production, motion graphics, or multimedia design (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome)
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools (e.g., generative video, auto-captioning, background removal, AI prompting workflows)
  • Understanding of short-form content dynamics (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and what drives audience retention
  • Ability to create attractive short videos for social commerce platforms
  • Deep understanding of social media’s ecosystem: trends, hashtag, music usage, functionalities, guidelines, and platform updates.
