• Support travellers and agent partners every step of the way, from the first enquiry to departure day
• Work a rotating roster across 7 days, with shifts between 9:00AM EST and 8:00PM EST, including weekends

Sales Consultant

• Ensure the successful, safe, and profitable operation of Intrepid & Wildland Trekking Co.’s program areas
• Responsible for the overall performance of the assigned region
• Ensure that office and guide teams are effectively hired, trained, supported, and managed
• Deliver exceptional operational outcomes and a positive employee experience
• Lead and partner closely with Deputy Operations Managers to support contracting, reservations, sales, emergency response, hiring and training, and other branch functions
• May perform additional duties beyond the core responsibilities as business needs evolve

Regional Operations Manager

• Responsible for the overall performance of Pacific Northwest trips, including maintaining and operating a branch warehouse and performing business administrative duties related to the branch.
• Serve as the main point of contact for field staff in the Pacific Northwest branch as well as the Operations teams.
• Supports contracting, reservations, sales, and other branch functions.
• Expected to perform other duties as required, which may fall outside the scope of these responsibilities depending on business needs.
• Maintain a flexible schedule and work weekends and/or holidays as necessary.

Sales

• Provide guidance, training, and direction to your team of consultants as they sell and ensure accurate bookings for group and tailored FIT trips.
• Oversee the creation of itineraries and ensure customer service is delivered according to Intrepid standards, company philosophies, and operational systems.
• Manage your own clients and take a hands-on role in overseeing complex or higher-value accounts.
• Lead the team to grow sales and consistently deliver service-level excellence for Intrepid DMC.
• Ensure your team meets sales targets - particularly filling out the Galapagos boats- while maintaining exceptional performance in consultation and booking of tailored FIT trips.
• Serve as the primary contact for external customers and manage all touchpoints of the customer experience up to trip departure.
• Follow through with customers to secure bookings and ensure the booking-to-departure process meets high standards of customer service.
