About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Play a vital role in preserving the lodge and its surroundings
Oversee preventative maintenance across the property
Care for landscaped gardens and outdoor spaces
Maintain essential infrastructure
Work alongside the lodge team to ensure property looks and feels exceptional
Contribute to Arkaba's conservation and sustainability initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Relevant trade, maintenance, or hands-on practical experience
Demonstrated experience in general property maintenance
Experience in gardening, landscaping, or groundskeeping highly desirable
Basic understanding of irrigation systems and horticulture preferred
First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
Current driver’s licence
