About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Play an important role in the daily operations and long‑term sustainability of the property.
Responsible for general maintenance and grounds management across the property, including facilities, landscaping and infrastructure.
Ensure a safe, functional and visually appealing environment for guests and staff.
Involves practical, hands‑on work in outdoor conditions and supports both planned (preventative) and urgent (responsive) maintenance tasks.
Actively contribute to a safe and high‑quality guest experience through well‑maintained facilities and grounds.
Ensure sustainable and environmentally responsible practices are maintained or implemented.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in general maintenance, landscaping or facilities work (tourism or hospitality experience highly regarded)
Working knowledge of tools, equipment and safety procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an outdoor setting
Commitment to sustainable, environmentally responsible and land care practices
Clear communication and problem‑solving skills
A valid driver’s license
