About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide hands‑on operational support to the Alaska program
Ensure day‑to‑day warehouse, facility, fleet, and gear operations run efficiently and safely
Responsible for quality control, inventory integrity, logistical coordination, and operational readiness
Support trip delivery and the guide experience

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ability to frequently lift, push and pull weights up to fifty (50) lbs
Frequent bending, stooping, and squatting over the course of a full work shift
Fine manual dexterity to perform basic tasks
Meet company and DOT driving requirements
Must pass a background check
Travel industry work experience, particularly as a Tour Leader
