About the role
- Provide hands‑on operational support to the Alaska program
- Ensure day‑to‑day warehouse, facility, fleet, and gear operations run efficiently and safely
- Responsible for quality control, inventory integrity, logistical coordination, and operational readiness
- Support trip delivery and the guide experience
Requirements
- Ability to frequently lift, push and pull weights up to fifty (50) lbs
- Frequent bending, stooping, and squatting over the course of a full work shift
- Fine manual dexterity to perform basic tasks
- Meet company and DOT driving requirements
- Must pass a background check
- Travel industry work experience, particularly as a Tour Leader
