About the role

  • Provide administrative support to our Sales and Product teams
  • Handle varied tasks such as updating trip bookings, responding to requests and maintaining accurate customer records
  • Assist in confirming accommodation and transfers, while working closely with global teams
  • Ensure that important booking details are not overlooked
  • Effectively liaise with suppliers when required and update new product information

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably in travel/ customer service
  • Comfortable with using systems
  • Competent with MS Office tools including Excel
  • Highly proficient verbal and written English skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and able to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Outstanding time management and ability to work well under pressure
