About the role
- Provide administrative support to our Sales and Product teams
- Handle varied tasks such as updating trip bookings, responding to requests and maintaining accurate customer records
- Assist in confirming accommodation and transfers, while working closely with global teams
- Ensure that important booking details are not overlooked
- Effectively liaise with suppliers when required and update new product information
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably in travel/ customer service
- Comfortable with using systems
- Competent with MS Office tools including Excel
- Highly proficient verbal and written English skills
- Excellent organizational skills and able to prioritize multiple tasks
- Outstanding time management and ability to work well under pressure
