About the role

  • Work with suppliers across Malaysia to choose experiences, activities and accommodation that reflect our values and meet our customers’ needs.
  • Secure the best deals, negotiate competitive rates, and build trusted relationships with our local suppliers.
  • Lead the team in creating suitable travel options that offer great value and a wide range of experiences.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams to gather trip insights and ensure accurate supplier information.
  • Manage contracts and supplier records, keeping everything up-to-date and aligned with our standards.
  • Work closely with the Global Contracting & Product teams to implement procurement and pricing practices within the Malaysia Country Office.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing tourism-supplier relationships, including cost negotiation, contracting, procurement and trip pricing within the travel industry.
  • Excellent English communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in Malaysian trip operations, with extensive knowledge of local products, suppliers, and destinations in Borneo and Peninsular Malaysia.
  • Passionate about managing and leading a team to success.
  • Proficiency with travel-related systems, Excel and MS Office applications.
