About the role

  • Oversee Cycling Operations across Croatia, the Balkans, and Central Europe
  • Manage the bike and vehicle fleets
  • Support Tour Leaders to create extraordinary experiences for travelers
  • Take ownership of scheduling, maintaining, and replacing bikes and vehicles
  • Manage incident reporting and insurance claims
  • Provide operational guidance and support to Tour Leaders
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure consistency and excellence in cycling product delivery
  • Contribute to improving operational processes and standards

Requirements

  • Operational experience in the travel or cycling industry, ideally as a Cycling Tour Leader, driver, or in bike maintenance
  • Proven ability to manage crises and take responsibility for the safety of others
  • Experience scheduling and maintaining fleets, ensuring reliability and performance
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on experience repairing or maintaining equipment (1–2 years minimum)
  • Office administration and computer skills, including the ability to train others
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work with diverse teams while maintaining excellent customer experiences
  • Nice to have: Passion for cycling and in-depth knowledge of bikes and equipment
  • Experience developing fleet replacement or renewal strategies
